Heidi has become a sought-after stylist since Patrick's Salon, Portsmouth NH in 1988.  Her work is defined by innovation, expertise, gallant humor in hard times, and her relentless desire to enhance her clients' lives. In Heidi's chair, you will be taken care of.

Upon completing her hair license, Heidi moved to St. Pete Beach, Florida.  FLORIDA IN THE 80s!

It was there, Heidi honed her skills working among some of the fastest and best in the industry.  Along with the ever changing trends, she learned how to really listen to her clients needs. 

 

In 1988 she moved to the New Hampshire Seacoast to be close to family, and started making waves at Patrick's Salon on Islington Street.  Since 1988, she has called Islington Street in Portsmouth NH  her "Salon Home."

It is here on the Seacoast, Heidi became a mother, a dedicated professional, and through her clients and her work, an integral part of her community. When her two daughters, Chelsea and Haley were young, she transformed her home on Brackett Road in Rye, New Hampshire into a warm and welcoming home hair salon for clients.  This nurturing environment allowed her to balance raising two girls, with her passionate dedicated clientele. When her daughters started middle school, she was able to return to the bustling businesses on Islington Street.  this time at En-Vogue Salon. It was there that she discovered her true calling in the art of Balayage.  She trained with Paul Mitchell's team in New York, and got licensed as a Balayage Specialist in 2006. 

 

From 2008-2021 at the beautiful, bright and Sabeha Salon just a turn off Islington Street, Cate Street in Portsmouth. In 2021 she joined The Gallery Salon on Islington Street, and became part of a powerhouse team.  Diverse styles of artists, generations and expertises create an environment where Heidi can always stay ahead of the new wave in hair.  

 

Her journey is not just a professional one; it's a story of building lasting relationships. Many of her clients, some of whom are her closest friends, have been with her since her early days in New Hampshire.  In the summer months, you can find Heidi packing for a boat trip with her family, heading out from the Wentworth Marina, or relaxing at New Castle's PYC. In the winter months, Heidi spends her weekends with family and friends in Bethel Maine, Sunday River Resort.  

 

 Heidi is profoundly grateful for the strong sense of community she has found in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and she looks forward to offering her expertise, and her chair to you.
